Formed in 2005 our first steps into the Australian healthcare community was to Project Manage the opening of a completely new Pathology organisation, LabCall Pathology Group and to successfully take the new service through NATA accreditation.

The ALSG team have extensive worldwide experience in the provision of healthcare services and through this experience and the LabCall contract ALSG were able to see opportunities to bring in technologies successfully employed in other countries to the Australia and New Zealand market place.

These technologies will allow you to realise efficiencies in service provision, enhanced control of processes and information and to bring improvements to the safety of healthcare to your clients.

In 2007 ALSG signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Neoteric Technology Ltd for Australia and New Zealand. This agreement will allow ALSG to offer our Australian and New Zealand customers the complete range of Neoteric products

Neoteric develops easy-to-use medical software that make health care safer for the patient, simpler for the caregiver, and less expensive for the organization. Neoteric solutions are installed in over 100 hospitals in North America, Europe and now Australia and they use the company tag line of Right Patient, Right Care.

To offer our customers a complete solution we have partnered with several organisations including SkyWire for provision of Wireless operating environments and Sato Australia for the supply of hardware and consumables.

ALSG have other standing arrangements with local and international organisations including Nexus Pathology, Metrioo and A.i. Scientific.
